When does my order ship?

 

All  materials are shipped within 1-3 business days depending on availability of the materials ordered.

 

NOTE: Please request expedited shipping when ordering online if you need rush delivery.

 

We do not ship on weekends or National Holidays.

 

Once shipped all parade float material is delivered UPS ground 4-5 day unless otherwise specified.

   
 
 

Do you ship overnight orders?

 

Yes we can express ship your items however due to size and weight restrictions of specific items, express shipping needs to be noted on the online order or you can e-mail or call us the expedited information.

How do I return items?

 

Returns due to late arrival because of shipping issues will be given a full refund on the return of the un-used materials.

 

All other returns must be completed within 30 days of date of order and there will be a 25% re-stocking fee applied. Shipping is non-refundable.

 

NOTE: Sequin sheeting and color-combo festooning are non-returnable items being of specialty order.

 
 

What if my items arrive damaged or are not all delivered?

 

In the event your product arrives with visible damage, document damage with delivering carrier. Damaged or shortage of materials must be reported to CRS-Enterprises within 7 days of receipt of order. No damage claims will be allowed 7 days after receipt of order.

   
 

NOTE: Holiday displays and mini lights are seasonal items and may take longer to ship depending on availability.
